Questions importers ask us

Can you ship goods from a supplier I already have?

Yes. We collect from your supplier, inspect if you want, then handle certification, freight, clearance and delivery.

Do you handle small orders?

Yes. Small volumes go LCL (shared container, priced per CBM) or by consolidated air freight.

How long does door-to-door from China take?

Typically 40⁠–⁠65 days for LCL and 35⁠–⁠50 days for a full container, including Saudi customs and delivery. Express air is 3⁠–⁠6 days.

Which certificates does my product need?

Send us the product name or HS code and we confirm the SABER, SASO, SFDA or ministry requirements free of charge.

Can you pay the supplier for me?

Yes. We pay the supplier through our company and send you one invoice in SAR.

How fast do you reply to a quote request?

We reply with supplier options and a full door-to-door cost, usually within 2 working days.
